Excursions in Furore - Amalfi Coast

		*Nature Trails:* Miking one of the many nature trails is, without doubt, one of the most activities, having arrived in Furore. IIn fact, holding in consideration the difficulty degree, the opportunity is had to choose depending on the level of difficulty, one has a wide variety of paths to choose from.

		"La Volpe Pescatrice" (The fishing Fox Trail)
		From S. Elia, you will reach the Fjord in 40 min.; having passed the ancient Maccaronari building, one arrives at Portella which was a defensive bulwark against the saracens. Then proceed to the ancient fisherman's village, with its characteristic stairways and coloured Monazzeni. Caves and caverns appear among the calcareous valley walls in which peregrine falcons nest.
		"I pipistrelli Impazziti" (The Crazed Bats Trail)
		This walk can also be the continuation of the previus one. A 30 min. botanical trail leading to Punta tavola in Conca dei Marini municipality begins on the castern side of the valley. The path,which between holm-oaks and carub trees, passes the Mills and the canals to arrive at the solitary paper factory: the undeniable kingdom of the bats.
		*"Abu Tabela"*
		From Pino to S. Lazzaro (in Agerola), home of the legendary General Avitabile. A 50 min. trail from Punta Scotelo to S. Lazzaro in Agerola. One enters the valley and continues up the Penise stream, passing the ancient gun pouder mill, set into the steep canyon sides. glimoses of the sea serve as a bakground for vicious vieus of the rovine which cuts sinto the mountain at the way down to the Fjord of Furore. The goot is S. Lazzaro were the scyng "Blissfut solitude, or just bliss!" still prevails.
		"Nidi di Corvo" (Crows Nest Trail)
		Starting from Bomerano in Agerola, following the ancient path used by you leave the road at the ironmonger's house, bear right and start climbing. Among the vineyards and terraces,one passes close to the magnificent ruins of St. Barbara monastery, where one can still admire its frescoes. Time 70' min.
		*"The American Aloe in Flower Trail"*
		From Punta St. Elia to Marina di Praia, amidst thechaff of the reapers. You leave the Lover's Walk and begin the path, surrounded by American aloe, bushes and prikly-pears which brings you to Pennola. Here, many carruba plants grow, among rosemary and lestisk and folds for herds. Even the path becomes goat-like as it drops steeply to Carritto at Praia bridge, on the main Positano-Amalfi road. Time: 90 mins.
		*"Barbanera" (Blackbeard's Trail)*
		From Vigne to Moressa, on the ancient "Flat paths". One departs from the agriturism "Serafina" and penetrates Praia valley. One soon arrives at Blackbeard's old house (a type of astrologer - meterologist who, lived until the 50's) A little further on begin the dwellings of Praiano and the road, by now comfortable for walking brings one to Moressa public square. Time 70 mins
